You can add notes that appear in the history for a contact. You might add notes for the following reasons:
When you gain useful information for getting invoices paid by this contact
To note details of a payment arrangement
The best person / time / day / location to call
Pinning a note for future reference
Sometimes you will obtain information that you want to always display when you view a contact. Notes can be 'pinned' so they always appear in the top right corner.
The option to pin will appear next to the note once it has been added to the history.
Notes that require a response
When you need another CreditorWatch Collect user to provide information before you can resume calling for a contact.
IMPORTANT: Once you add a note that requires a response, then no further actions (calls, notes etc) can be made for that contact until the note is resolved.
