The Schedule (in the main menu) shows a list of upcoming reminders and calls. Note that contacts are listed by days until the scheduled action date, not by the date.

Tabs

  • Auto send - Email and SMS reminders that are scheduled to go out automatically

  • Manual send - Email and SMS reminders that need to be sent manually (This tab is useful if you want to send out reminders on a specific date regardless of due date)

  • Calls - Contacts whose next scheduled action is a phone call

  • Paused - Contacts who have had their reminders and calls paused

Manual Send

Use the "Manual send" tab to see contacts assigned to a workflow steps which must be sent manually, for example:

  • Reminders which must go out on a particular day of the month. E.g sending a reminder on the 20th of the month to match your customers' payment runs; regardless of your payment terms.

  • Pre-debt collection or on hold workflow. E.g a strongly worded workflow which needs to be approved by various stakeholders before sending.

  • Reminders triggered by work completion. E.g An invoice is created when a project is ordered, but reminders only start when a project is partly completed.

How to send a manual reminder:

  1. Click the "Manual send" tab, then

  2. Select the relevant contacts, then

  3. Press "Send now".
