  • View your aged receivables by region, location, account manager and more.

If you’re using Tracking Codes or Account Codes in Xero to report on sales by region or account manager, you can use those same codes to filter your aged receivables in the CreditorWatch Collect Accounts view.

This can help you see if customers in specific regions are paying later than others or maybe one of your sales people is winning customers that are terrible payers!

With filters you can identify problems sooner and provide actionable insight to other team members.

  • Track accounts throughout your credit control process

It’s easy to filter accounts according to the workflow they’re in. For example, you can see customers who have reached the “stop credit” or “pre-debt collection” stage and then take further action if needed.

It’s also useful for reporting back to the finance team and sales team to decide which customers need to proceed to stop credit or debt collection.

With filters, no account is left behind, you can easily see where each account is at and make decisions about what to do next.

  • Using filters and workflows to protect your customer relationships

For a long time debtor management has been plagued by a one size fits all approach. Every customer receives the same sequence of overdue invoice reminders, regardless of how long they have been a customer, how much they spend or the strategic value they represent.

With filters you can segment your customers into groups, then assign them to the appropriate workflow to ensure they receive the right kinds of reminders, whether it be email, SMS or calls.

If you’re using Xero you can even segment your aged receivables by Contact Group.
