Learn how to change user permissions

There are a few different user settings in the CreditorWatch Collect app.
Different users have different abilities and permissions.
The owner of the account can alter permissions.

  1. Click on the business name then,

  2. Click Settings then,

  3. Click Users.

  4. Click the three dots next to the user whose permissions you want to change

  5. Choose from the available options
    ​Admin role (add or remove)
    ​Agent role (add or remove)
    ​Revoke access

The Owner of the account can not give themselves Agent permissions.

Please contact support to have this enabled.
