The following payment methods are available to CreditorWatch Collect customers:
Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
Bank transfer (subject to approval; for 6-monthly or annual subscriptions only)
How to pay by credit card
Payment by credit card is available for all subscriptions and one-off payments for pre-paid credits. You can also pay your 6-monthly or annual invoice by credit card.

Visa
Mastercard
AMEX is not accepted, sorry.
How to enter your credit card
When your free trial ends you will receive an email with a link to choose a monthly plan, then enter your credit card. Your card will be automatically charged at the end of your free trial, then again each time your subscription renews e.g. monthly.
You can also update your credit card at any time, as follows:
Login to CreditorWatch Collect, then
Select the organisation you want to pay for, then
Click on your organisation name (top left), then
Click on Settings > Billing.
Click 'Update payment details' to enter or update your credit card
How to pay by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer is available only for 6-monthly or annual subscriptions. When your free trial ends (or when your subscription renews) you will receive an invoice via email that includes our bank details.
