How to add a company logo to your email reminders

There are two steps required in order to display your logo:

  1. Upload your logo

  2. Update your reminders to include the logo placeholder

Upload your logo

The first step is to upload your logo

  1. Click on your organisation name (top right), then

  2. Click Settings, then

  3. Click Reminders, then

  4. Scroll down to the "Organisation Logo" section, then

  5. Choose a logo image file from your computer, then

  6. Click Upload.

Add the logo placeholder to your reminders

Once you have uploaded your logo, you need to update your reminders to include your logo.

  1. Click on Workflows in the main menu, then

  2. Click on a workflow, then

  3. Select a step, then

  4. Click Insert {Placeholder}, then

  5. Choose the size logo you want to add, then

  6. Click Save.

  7. Repeat this for all your workflows and reminders
