To change your account name you have to head over to you Personal Crema account. To do this click on the menu in the top right and choose "home"

This is where you can set up coffee subscriptions for your home! Click on the same menu and choose "Your Account".

Click "edit profile"

Make sure to change your name in both locations and click "Complete"
