In any good and successful relationship, communication is of the utmost importance and we’re no different. We don’t like to assume and prefer thorough communication instead. Which is why we allocate meeting minutes with our clients every week.

When submitting a project, take your time. Read it through multiple times to ensure that the project description is of value and is easy to understand.

When submitting a project make sure you follow the following advice:

- Clearly describe what you want

- Tell us how/where the design will be used

- Describe your target audience

- Provide us with 3-4 examples of what you like

- Necessary bleed/margin requirements if applicable

- Color preferences

- and of course all content/copy

When it comes to a revision that may need to be made within your project, here's how it works.

- Click into your project on our review platform

- Then take your mouse and click on the specific area you'd like revised

- Be clear and specific with what it is that you'd like to be remade

- Again the more clear you are, the easier it is for us to understand

In short, we highly recommend for you to be patient and slow down where necessary. When things are rushed, mistakes are made. The more clear you are in your project description, the fewer questions we will have. This will ultimately lessen the time it takes for us to deliver your project back to you.
