To send emails or sequences to multiple candidates at once, you will need to use the bulk actions features.

Start with selecting multiple talents, by clicking on their profile pictures

💡 Pro tip : To select multiple candidates, select the 1st one and then tap "Shift + select the last one". It will then select the whole range from the 1st to last candidate selected.

And then you can send an email or a sequence to all of them via templates. You can even customize the messaging for each candidate, adding a team member in CC or BCC for each message, before confirming and sending the emails.

Please note: To improve the deliverability of your emails, for now you can only select and send 20 emails/sequences per bulk action. If you want to reach out to 40 talents for instance, you will have to send 20 emails at once, then 20 other ones.
But we have planned to increase this limit in the future.
