3. Click on New automation
4. Here you can choose the candidates that will be concerned by your automation
5. For our use-case, we will take any talent
6. Now, we have to choose the trigger of our automation
7. For this use-case it will be when a talent applies to a job
8. I can select if I want to trigger it on a specific job or for all jobs
9. Let's choose the Starship Engineer job
10. This should look like this π
11. Now I have to select the action that I want to be executed
12. And I want to send an email
13. I can select a template or I can write my very own email directly
14. I will select the Screening email for this use-case
15. You should now have your template with the variable.
16. Click on Confirm and you will be good to go
17. You can change the name of the automation by clicking on it
18. Now we are ready to activate it
19. Last step : click on create automation
