1. Invite new members

On your sidebar, open your settings

Visit the "Members" section & click on "Invite member" button

  • Add multiple members at once

Tip : tap 1 address, then hit "space" in your keyboard to add a new email address.

  • Choose roles ( Recruiter or Admin)

You have 2 roles in Crew ( Recruiter & Admin )
  • Select jobs

    (For members only, Admins already have access to all jobs)

  • 💰 Hide salaries (optional)

    For all talents these members will have access to the candidate's profiles but not to the salary field.

  • ⛔️ Restrict access to specific talents (optional)

    Typically, if you just hired a new VP of Sales for example, you probably don't want her/him to have access to her/his own profile.

    2. Update member's parameters

and then update desired fields :

The "people" icon indicates the number of talents that are restricted for this specific team member

3. Check and re-send invitations

Lastly, you can also see members who are in pending invitations, and even re-send them an email, if needed.
