To be able to send emails from Crew, as well as receive replies to your email from talents in Crew, you need to sync your Gmail account.
Here is how it works
Settings
Outreach tab, and click on Connect
Choose your Google account
Make sure to give access to emails sent and received
You'll be then redirected to Crew, and your Gmail will be synced
📝 Please note:
For privacy purposes, Crew only retrieves replies from candidates to emails sent from Crew (same thread). If you send email outside of Crew and/or the candidate replies in a different thread, Crew won't be able to retrieve it.
Sometimes it takes few hours for emails received on your Gmail to be retrieved on Crew too. But no worry, it’s because it's done by batches, after few hours it'll be there and can be seen by members who have access to the job.
