When recruiting, we often send the same type of emails, such as :
Cold outreach emails
Rejection emails
Invitation to interview
...
To help you gain some valuable time, you can set and use email templates in Crew
Open templates, on the "Emails" section
Hit "New template"
Add an internal name
(which only members of Crew can see)
Choose a sender
It can be
The email address of the sender : meaning the team member who will use this template. If your colleague "Paul" for example uses this template, the email will be sent from his email address
A specific team member : if you choose this option, by default when using this template the sender will be the email address of this team member. Typically you can use the email address "contact@companyname" for rejection email templates.
Add variables to subjects
