If a talent is already in Crew (regardless of the source: added through the chrome extension, or applied on your career page...) you can now modify/add a lot of things without leaving LinkedIn! You can:
Update the stage or job
Send an email or a sequence to the talent, or check past emails exchanged between the candidate and the team
Add a new comment, or check past comments from the team
Add a new reminder (with or without the snooze option), or check/update old ones
Reject a talent from the hiring process
Visit the talent on Crew by clicking on the Talent's name
