Date picker

You can select a time period in the date picker which will display the figures calculated based on the selected period. This period is also applied to the calculations in the modal window.

Access to 4 main KPIS

We compute:

  • Time to hire

Time to hire metric tracks how fast the right talent move through your hiring process once they have been sourced or have applied. It is computed in number of days.

Time to hire = Day when the talent is in “Hired” - Day when this specific talent applied or has been sourced

  • Time to fill

Time to fill metric tracks the speed at which a position is filled from the time the position is opened to the time it is filled. It is computed in number of days.

Time to hire = Day when the talent is in “Hired” - Day when the job offer is created

⚠️ Time to fill is BIGGER than Time to hire

  • Sourced per hire

This metric is used to to determine the number of candidates a recruiter or recruiting team has sourced for a particular job opening before successfully hiring someone for that position.

Sourced per hire = (Total number of hired talents / Total number of sourced talents) x 100

    Average Sourced per hire = (SPH Job 1 x ... x SPH Job N) / (N jobs)

⚠️ Hired talents are all talents hired including those who came from the career page

  • Offer to acceptance rate

This metric measures the percentage of candidates who accept job offers after having received a job offer.

Offer to acceptance rate = Passthrough rate for a job between stage category "Closing" and stage category “Hired”

    Average OTAR = (OTAR for Job 1 x ... x OTAR for Job N) / (N jobs)

Access productivity and usage metrics

We compute metrics and display them based on the selected period in the date picker:

  • Sourced talents: Total talents sourced in the period

  • Total applicants: Total talents who applied through the Career page in the period

  • Talents in process: Total talents who had the status "In process" at some point in the selected period in any job

  • Rejected talents: Total talents rejected in the period

  • Hired talents: Total talents hired in the period, meaning in the last stage category “Hired”

  • Interview notes: Total number of interview notes in the period

  • Comments: Total number of comments in the period

Filtering and sorting

The jobs are sorted by creation date by default: from the newest to the oldest.

You can access to the filter "Jobs", that will allow you to choose which job to display in order to focus on it. You can also select departments.
