Before getting any further, you need to make sure you've already created a LinkedIn message template in Crew. If you haven't, please follow the guidelines here.
1. Find a talent you want to talk to and with who you're connected
2. Open the conversation, either in LinkedIn messaging or in the minimized chat experience
3. Click on Templates button or on the template icon button and choose your template
Good to know: if you've configure LinkedIn message templates with variables, they will automatically replace the variable with the information of the talent IF you've added them in your CRM.
