1. Most popular usecase: plan automatic emails for candidates that apply on your Career page

For any talent who applies to a job on the career page, he will receive an automatic email being thankful for their application and giving them some time visibility about your feedback on their application.

How to create it?

 For... any talent
When... the talent applies to a job
Then... send an email to the talent

2. Automatic emails when rejecting candidates for specific rejection reasons

You can put your talents into a process by adding tags and/or reminders when selecting a specific rejection reason while rejecting the talent.

The following example is: when selecting "Didn't reply" as a reason to reject a candidate from a job, I want my talent to be attributed a tag "Never replied" (so that I'll be able to find them back thanks to filters) and put a reminder in 3 weeks so that I can act on them later (like sending one last email and putting them into a sequence of nurturing).

How to create it?

 For... any talent
When... the user reject the talent
Then... tag the talent and remind me of them in 3 weeks

3. Send automatic emails for specific stages in jobs

You can set up an automation allowing you to avoid repeating the exact same action for specific stages. In this example, I can automatically send an email to a talent for the technical case. This way, I don't have to find back all the documents and explanations as I created an email template that will be automatically sent when the talent moves to "Technical interview" stage.

How to create it?

 For... any talent
When... the user reject the talent
Then... tag the talent and remind me of them in 3 weeks
