Great news with Crew, most of your data comes from LinkedIn profiles, meaning everyone has the same manner of filling it :)

What does it look like when my attributes has empty data ?
Sending individual sequences/messages, the attribute will be indicated in red.
Sending batch sequences/messages, the attribute will be indicated with a exclamation point.
Imagine I sent it with an empty data, what will happen ?
It will send the message/sequence, you won't see any "Hi {{FirstName}}" - it will only be replaced with a space character.
Is my signature corresponding to my Gmail's one ?
No, we don't import Gmail signature because we think it is a good practice to have a dedicated signature (with links to content for instance) for recruiting outreaches.
Where can I edit my signature variable ?
You can find an editor in the following place : Settings > Outreach > Signature
Can I add custom attributes ?
No you can't at the moment, however it is something we're looking for, in our roadmap.
Where can I use attributes ?
In every templates possibles (LinkedIn messages and invitations, e-mails and sequences).
And precisely for e-mails, you can either use it in subject or body.
