To reset your password, follow the steps below:

1. Go to CGA Home (https://home.cga.school/): If you’re already logged in, please log out first.

2. Click "Don’t know your password?" and enter your CGA Student Email address (in the format firstname.lastname@student.cga.school. Don't enter your personal email).

This will send an email to your CGA Student Email that will allow you to reset your password.

**If you can’t receive emails in your CGA Student Email inbox, please make sure your CGA Google account is working correctly. If you can’t login to your CGA Google account, please check here.

3. Open your CGA Student Email, click ‘Reset Password’ and enter a new password. If this email does not arrive please check your spam. It should arrive within 60 seconds of requesting it.

Note: The same password applies to all CGA platforms - Crimson App, Crimson Classroom, and Canvas.
