When a student is absent a Parent or Guardian (not the student) needs to email email@example.com and provide the the following information:
Full name of the student
Which School Intake the student is in eg. "Aoraki Sept"
Reason / explanation for absence
Date of absence (with a return date if applicable)
Parent / Caregiver name
Please try to do this prior to the class, where possible.
- please help your parents write the note in English
- also email firstname.lastname@example.org and your teacher(s)
