How do I reset my Google password?

This shows you how you reset your Gmail / G-Suite (CGA email) password

Updated over a week ago

If you have set up two-step authentication (i.e. linked your account to a mobile phone):

  1. Go to gmail.com and enter your CGA email address.

  2. Click "Forgot password"

  3. Follow the prompts

If you have not set up two-step authentication:

  1. Make sure to set this up to avoid getting locked out again. You can do this by following these instructions here.

  2. Email mycga@cga.school for support
