There are several reasons why your OneNote is not working.
To eliminate the causes, please follow the steps below before reaching out to us.
Note: Google Chrome is the most well-compatible browser.
โ Please use Google Chrome to sign into any system that you use at CGA.
1st Step: Clearing Cache
In Chrome:
At the top right, click the 3 stacked dots.
Click 'More tools', then click 'Clear browsing data'.
Check boxes next to 'Cookies and other site data', and ' Cached images and files'.
Make sure to change the Time range from '1 hour' to 'All time'
Click 'Clear data'
โGo to onenote.com and login with your CGA account
You should be able to see your notebooks under "Class Notebooks" (if not, please try the other sections as well).
If the 1st Step doesn't work, please try signing in from different systems.
Please close all the tabs that open on your browser before trying the 2nd Step.
2nd Step: Signing into Office and OneDrive
Sign in to office.com with CGA student email (@student.cga.school)
Sign in to onedrive.com with CGA student email (@student.cga.school)
This might help sync your OneNote account.
