I can't join the class, what should I do?

Please refer to this article, when your class is running but can't join it.

Check your Zoom login

  1. Make sure you're using the Zoom Desktop application

  2. Make sure you're signed in to your CGA Zoom account on the desktop application

  3. Visit https://zoom.us/signin (Links to an external site.) and log out, then log back in with your CGA Google account (with your student email address)


  4. Access your Zoom link from the 'Join' button on CGA Home.

Clearing cache on your browser

To fix this issue please try clearing your browsing data on your web browser and then try signing into your CGA accounts again.

Note: We encourage students to use Google Chrome to log in to CGA systems (CGA Home, Crimson App, Canvas, and OneNote). This is the most compatible browser to use our system and less trouble occurs.

In Chrome:

  1. At the top right, click the 3 stacked dots.

  2. Click 'More tools', then click 'Clear browsing data'.

  3. Check boxes next to 'Cookies and other site data', and ' Cached images and files'.

  4. Make sure to change the Time range from '1 hour' to 'All time'

  5. Click 'Clear data'

Also, have you maybe saved the login pages as bookmarks? If you have, please delete or update the bookmark and just use home.cga.school (CGA Home)

***If you can't log in to your CGA Home after you try the above steps, please try resetting the password. The process is here.
