What to Expect

Workplace Alignment Assessment helps to bring a degree of understanding between the work factors that you consider most important and the environment the employer provides its employees. A higher degree of alignment between what the employer offers in the workplace and what you value in an ideal employer means you are more likely to be satisfied within a role.

How to Prepare

Workplace Alignment Assessment is designed to gain an understanding on whether what is most important to you in a workplace and the environment the employer provides align. This does not rely on any specific knowledge or previous study, and it’s not an assessment you can pass or fail. The aim of the assessment is to identify whether you will be satisfied within a role at a particular company. As such, there’s no specific study required before completing this assessment. The best thing you can do to prepare is to ensure you’re in a comfortable, distraction-free environment, and that you have read all the instructions carefully.
