What to Expect
The Workplace Behaviour Assessments are a variety of assessments that help predict traits such as conscientiousness, productivity and reliability with more specific assessments that focus on traits that are more prevalent to a particular role. These assessments have been specifically developed to assess your likely work habits as well as reliability when at work.
How to Prepare
Workplace Behaviour Assessments are designed to identify your attitudes and opinions about a number of work-related issues and situations and not reflective of any prior study or learning. As such, there’s no specific study required before completing this assessment. The best thing you can do to prepare is to ensure you’re in a comfortable, distraction-free environment, and that you have read all the instructions carefully.
Troubleshooting
If you’ve ensured that your device meets the system and browser requirements and you are still experiencing issues, we suggest trying the following:
Check your browser version is up to date by checking in browser settings, or by using the following site: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ (Please go through with the update if available)
Ensure there are no file transfers (downloading/uploading) occurring
Pause/close any video streams (Youtube, Netflix, etc)
Have as few windows and tabs open as possible
Use physical (ethernet) connection if possible
Update/Restart computer
Update/Restart router
Move locations for better reception for Hotspot/stronger network
Switch browser
If issues persist, please try accessing the assessment via a different device or connection (for example, mobile/hotspot).
Minimum Screen Size
This assessment requires a minimum amount of screen space to access the assessment. If we detect that your display does not fit the entire application a warning will be triggered. The application will require you to increase the amount of screen space available to accommodate the entirety of the assessment for the best possible experience. The minimum viewport size required to run this assessment is 534 x 320.
To resolve this issue, the device browser needs to be put into ‘full screen mode’ which will hide the toolbars and allow full use of the screen size. If you are unsure how to enable full screen mode, we recommend searching online for your device manufacturer’s official guide as the process varies depending on the make and model of your device.
If the physical size of your screen does not meet 534 x 320, enabling full-screen mode will not resolve the problem. You will need to switch to a device that does meet these requirements before you can access the assessment
