Browser Window Size

While most of our assessments can be completed on any browser size without issue, some of our game-based assessments do have a minimum browser size requirement. Being below the minimum browser window size will result in an error message.

The minimum viewport size required in this instance is 568 x 320. The viewport size is the visible area of a browser page and does not include page space taken up by toolbars. If the size of your screen is more than or equal to 568 x 320, but you cannot progress to the assessment, it is likely that toolbars are reducing your viewport size to under the minimum required. To resolve this issue, the device browser needs to be put into ‘full screen mode’ which will hide the toolbars and allow full use of the screen size. If you are unsure how to enable full screen mode, we recommend searching online for your device manufacturer’s official guide as the process varies depending on the make and model of your device.

If the physical size of your screen does not meet 568 x 320, enabling full-screen mode will not resolve the problem. You will need to find a device that does meet these requirements before you can access the assessment.
