In order to acquire a test in another language, you would need to contact the company you are applying to directly to make that request.
If you want to speak to someone from the recruiting company, you can go back to the job advertisement and see if they have provided their contact details, or you can try:
Replying to any email correspondence you may have received from them
Searching the whitepages for contact information (if available in your area)
Checking the hiring company’s website
