The first step to troubleshooting your system issues is to do an Empty Cache / Hard Reload. This will usually fix many problems that a backend bug fix or update may have caused. Here's how you do it:
While logged into CRO, Right-click on any part of your screen.
βLEFT click on Inspect at the bottom of the pop-up.
βRIGHT click on the refresh button of your browser (the circular arrow at the top left next to the address bar)
βLEFT click on Empty Cache and Hard Reload at the bottom of the menu.
βClose the window on the right side of the screen (there's an X at the top right).
You'll want to do this with every computer using CRO as it is browser-specific.
