My System isn't working

The first step to troubleshooting your system issues is to do an Empty Cache / Hard Reload. This will usually fix many problems that a backend bug fix or update may have caused. Here's how you do it:

  1. While logged into CRO, Right-click on any part of your screen.

  2. LEFT click on Inspect at the bottom of the pop-up.

  3. RIGHT click on the refresh button of your browser (the circular arrow at the top left next to the address bar)

  4. LEFT click on Empty Cache and Hard Reload at the bottom of the menu.


    ​

  5. Close the window on the right side of the screen (there's an X at the top right).

You'll want to do this with every computer using CRO as it is browser-specific.

You're system should be back up and running. If not, reach out to our support team and they can help you with further troubleshooting.
