CRO Dispatch Reports are one of the most powerful features to help you find information and manage all aspects of your business. Here's an overview to help you understand some of our reports and what you can do with them.
Reports for Jobs and Deployments
Master Report - Also known as the "Master JOB report". This report shows all information for jobs, based on your search criteria including the date range. If you're looking for the finer details of a job request such as the completion time, all notes involved, products that were applied to the final invoice and virtually any other data collected from a job.
Pick Up Report - This report focuses entirely on all Pickup requests (i.e. removal of assets) that are in your system, both jobs that are currently scheduled and future scheduled pickups within Recurs or Timeline Options. Use this report if you want to track not only future pickups, but how much of your inventory will return on any given day.
Products Report - This is a bit of a bridge between the Dispatching and Billing modules of CRO. This report shows all Products (i.e. additional charges) that were applied to jobs for any given date range, truck or job status. This report works best when you want to see how many additional charges and products you've applied to jobs for a given date range, even if you don't have access to the Billing system.
Load Report - Similar to the Products Report, but this one is focused on the weight-based loads your trucks have completed. This report will give you a full list of every dump run you have made, complete with which dump was visited, how much material was dumped at that dump destination and more.
Reports for Inventory and Asset Location
Available Report - Whether you're checking the inventory availability (that is, how many assets you have in the holding yard) or tracking down an individual asset to check history, the Available Report focuses on any assets that aren't currently deployed with a customer.
Deployed Report - This report, by default, shows a list of all assets currently deployed with your customers at this time. There are options to show snapshots of previous dates (i.e. where assets were deployed on that date) as well as more filters to focus on assets that haven't been serviced in a given amount of time and much more.
Reports for Recurring Jobs
Frequency Report - When you need to know who your biggest or smallest, most active and least active and best and worst customers your Frequency Report will reveal the total number of job requests for a customer based on a date range.
Suspension Report - If a customer needs a temporary hold on services (whether be cause of not paying their bill, going on vacation, etc.) the suspension feature will prevent all future dispatches for that customer until the suspension is lifted, and this report will show you a record of all customers who are currently suspended and for how long.
Recur Requests - Keeping track of every repeat order in your system can be a challenge, which is where this report comes in. This report focuses entirely on the long term recur jobs, which are set to repeat indefinitely (i.e. until the job is completed).
Timeline Report - This report is for scheduling jobs on a short timeline, such as weekend events, short-term demolitions and the like. It shows a complete record of all existing timeline schedules, along with each day and job scheduled for that day, broken down by customer.
These are just a few of the many reports available to help you get started and point you to the best report to help you dive deeper into the details of your operation.
