Why didn't any of my routes generate this morning?

What can I do if jobs didn't roll over and/or routes did not dispatch?

Sometimes routes may not auto-dispatch. We make every effort to prevent this from happening, but sometimes circumstances are beyond our control.

The good news is you can get your routes out by doing a manual dispatch. This will only send out these routes for today, and then they will dispatch as usual once the issue is fixed.

Here is how to do a manual dispatch:

Go to your Daily Truck List.

From there, click on the Manual Dispatch icon.

You will get a Manual Dispatch Routes pop-up


​Select the desired route. You can also select multiple routes.


The date will be set to the current date so that routes will dispatch for today.

Click "Dispatch".

That will immediately dispatch the route or routes. CRO is smart enough not to try to redispatch the route again (since you already manually dispatched it).
