What deposit methods are available?

Currently we offer the following payment methods to deposit funds into your CrossBet account:

  • Apple/Google Pay (Mobile App Only)

  • Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard)

  • PayID

  • Bank Transfer

Apple/Google Pay

Select Apple/Google Pay.

Enter the amount you'd like to deposit then select deposit.

Follow the prompts to make a payment like you would normally with Apple/Google Pay.

NOTE: Due to recent changes in government legislation, Credit Cards are no longer accepted.

Debit Cards

Select 'By Card' and enter your card details. The name on the card must match the name of the account. Visa & Mastercard will be accepted.

Your card details will be saved for future deposits.

PayID

You can use PayID to make a direct deposit into your Crossbet account.

​How to use PayID with Crossbet

1. Select PayID on the Deposit screen in your account section

2. Click the 'Copy PayID' button

3. Log in to your online banking or mobile banking app

4. Create a new Payee and select PayID

5. Paste the copied PayID address, save and transfer funds

Important: Your transfer will be immediately added to your Crossbet account balance when received from your bank. In some instances, your bank may not allow or may delay PayID transfers over a certain amount. Also, some banks may take 24+ hours to process your payment if it is the frist time using PayID. If your balance hasn't updated, contact your bank or contact our support team via Live Chat.

Bank Transfer

Deposits can be made to CrossBet either via internet banking or depositing cash at your local NAB.

Please note bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to reach your CrossBet account. If you have processed an instant (OSKO) payment please notify us for faster processing.

When completing the deposit please ensure the following information is accurately provided:

  • Bank: National Australia Bank (NAB)

  • Account Name: CrossBet

  • BSB: 084-004

  • Account Number: 9193 05512

  • Reference: Your CrossBet Username or ID
