My deposit is missing!

If you've made a deposit via EFT (OSKO), please send an email to customerservice@crossbet.com.au with the following information:

  • Amount deposited

  • Date of deposit

  • Reference

  • Screen shot of the transaction (if available)

This will allow us to locate your deposit and have the funds applied to your account as quickly as possible.
