A pre-commitment limit is a tool to ensure you are spending within your pre-determined limits.
Setting up a deposit limit is an excellent management tool for staying in control of your gambling and/or spending. Limits can be applied immediately, and are subject to a 7-day cooling off period to be removed.
Applying a Short/Long Break to your account can be done via an easy 2-step process.
Step 1. Within 'My Account' open 'Responsible Gambling' and then select 'View Long/Short Break'
Step 2. Set Short/Long Break
Choose from either a Short Break (1 day to 6 weeks) or Long Break (6 months/1 Year)
From the drop down list, select the length of break you wish to take
Click 'Take Short/Long Break'
Important: Breaks will take effect immediately, and any pending bets will still be honored. You will need to contact us in order to have any funds withdrawn. CrossBet are unable to remove or adjust break lengths, please ensure care is taken when making changes.
