Prior to making your next withdrawal you are required to verify the card you used to fund your CrossBet account.
Scan or take photos of front and back of the card(s) used. For security purposes, ensure you cover the third block of numbers on the front and the CVV on the back of the card

Once the image is prepared, send it to customerservice@crossbet.com.au or as an attachment in a reply to this email.
We will notify you via email once your Card verification is complete.
