You can still edit or change most of the features on your project page after you've hit the Go Live button.
To edit your project, go to your project dashboard, scroll down to the Manage section and click on 'Edit project'.
What can I edit once my project is live?
Your project's description and story
Add or upload videos and images to your page
Add new rewards and edit rewards that haven't been pledged on
You can also extend your project's deadline in some instances (please see our guide on extending your project deadline for further details)
My project is live but no one has pledged yet.
If you have no pledges then you can take your project offline setting it back to draft mode. You can then make any required changes - full details can be found here.
What can I NOT edit once my project has started receiving pledges?
Once your project is live and you have received pledges/donations you cannot:
Change your funding type
Change your target
Edit rewards that have already been pledged on
Change your bank account details

We will review any edit requests on a case-by-case basis.
My project has just unexpectedly closed unsuccessfully. Can I re-open it and stop the pledges refunding?
If this happens, please don't panic! Contact us straight away and we may have time to stop the refunds.
Refunds are not processed over the weekend and bank holidays so if the project closes over a bank holiday weekend, we will have time to intervene when we are back in the office on the Tuesday.
