You have two funding type options when crowdfunding with us: Keep What You Raise or All or Nothing.
Keep What You Raise (Flexible Funding) – You will receive any funds pledged on your project, regardless of whether you reach your target or not. You will be charged fees on all pledges received, which will be deducted from your funds before they are transferred to your account.
All or Nothing – If you don't hit your project target before your project closes, your supporters will be refunded. Your supporters will receive an email informing them that the project was unsuccessful, as it did not reach its target, and they will receive a refund of the money they pledged. You will not be charged any fees if an 'All or Nothing' project does not reach its target; however, you will not receive any funds.
Fundraisers are also required to maintain open communication with their supporters, especially if there are any changes to the funding model. Transparency ensures that donors can make informed decisions about their commitments.
