This guide shows you how to take your project offline and set it back to draft, so that you can launch it at a later date.

If you have pledges on your project then you will need to refund these first - this can be done in the Supporters section of your dashboard by clicking the 'Refund' button next to each pledge.

IMPORTANT: We advise that you message your supporters first to explain why they are being refunded, because you will no longer be able to contact them via your dashboard once you have refunded their pledges.

Once you have refunded any pledges on your page and your total raised is £0.00, go to the Manage tab of your project dashboard and click the 'Take offline' button.

Your project will then be reset to draft mode, and it will be ready to launch again when you are ready!
