When you pledge or donate on a project, we will send you an email that includes the details of your pledge, and your reward selection (if you choose one). 

When a project closes you will then receive a second email informing you if the project you supported was successful or not. If a project was unsuccessful you will be refunded within 5 working days. 

The details of your pledges can also be found in your Crowdfunder account under "My Pledges".

While we don’t provide formal invoices, you’re welcome to contact the project creator directly for help.
