No - once you have made a pledge on a project, you will not be able to changed the amount you have pledged.

If the project is still live and you pledged or donated more than you meant to, then you can cancel your payment and then pledge the correct amount.

If you want to give more to a project then you can pledge on another reward or make an additional donation.
