You can send a message to the owner of a project directly from the project page.
To do so, click on the 'Contact project' button located on the page, as shown below:
If you are not already signed into your Crowdfunder account you will need to do so before contacting the project owner. If you don't yet have a Crowdfunder account, you'll need to create one in order to contact the project owner.
Once you have signed in you will be able to enter your name, choose a subject to sum up your query, and type out your message. When you have clicked 'Send message' your query will be sent directly to the project owner via email.
Examples of appropriate inquiries include asking about the status of your pledge or donation, updates on project progress, or any rewards or deliverables promised by the project.
