You can change your public username by logging into your account and navigating to 'Account settings'.
When making a donation, you have the option to display your name or remain anonymous. During the donation process, select the 'Make my donation anonymous' option to hide your name from public view.
Click 'Account settings', locate the 'Public username' section, and update your desired username in the designated field.
If your donation appears under an organisation name instead of your personal name, it might be due to the email associated with your donor profile. Consider adjusting the donation email to reflect your desired profile name.
If you are a project creator, your Profile Name will be displayed on your project page(s).
If you have pledged on/donated to a project, your profile name will show in the supporter history. To ensure the correct name is displayed, you can either update the associated profile or choose to make the donation anonymous. If needed, cancel the original donation and contribute again using the desired details.
