Advice and answers from the CrowdOx / Kickbooster Team

In the Crowdfunding world, configurations are also known as 'reward levels'. All of your reward levels / perks have been imported as "configurations".

You can make changes to these configurations, but the main thing you'll want to do is assign what products and questions belong to each. Each configuration will need to be setup before launching your survey.

**If you have offered special pricing to certain groups of backers/customers (such as Backerclub members),  you will need to create special configurations with the correct pricing assigned for these members)**

1) Click on 'Configurations' and select the relevant source

Your configurations are separated by the source (i.e. Kickstarter, Indiegogo, CrowdOx etc):

2) Click the Edit button to enter into each configuration

3) Update Basic Info

You can edit the name of your configuration, add a description, estimated delivery, etc.

4) Map Products
Next, click the 'Map Products, Bundles & Questions' tab to open up the mapping window. To add a product to your configuration, simply drag the relevant product from the 'Products' box over to the 'Configuration Includes' area.

5) Add shipping fee (if applicable)
Our system imports the shipping fee's that were setup in your Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign, but if for some reason you need to add additional shipping, you can do so within the configuration.

Here you can see a shipping rates table where you can easily verify that the imported rates are correct. If you need to update a shipping rate, you can do so by clicking inside the price box to the right of a specific country and entering in your new rate.

If you need to add an additional country to your shipping table, you can do so by clicking the green 'Add Shipping Rate' button.

This will open a pop-up window where you can select either a Region or a specific country to apply a new shipping price.

If you have multiple countries that share the same shipping rate, you can group them together by adding a custom region. Click the green 'Add Custom Region' button to create a group of countries that share the same shipping rate.

This will open a popup window where you can name your custom region and select the countries assigned to that region. You can also add in your shipping price and click the green Create Region button to save your custom region.

6) Save your Configuration
