Customizing User Interface Elements

Learn how to customize the user interface of Crowdpurr with your brand's hexadecimal color palette.

Conference Plan users or higher can customize the colors of user interface buttons and elements on the Participant View.

The following user interface elements can be customized:

  • Sign In Button

  • Submit Answer Button

  • Continue Button

  • Create New Participant Button

  • Sending Answer Panel

  • Answer Received Panel

You can find the configurable color settings under the green Settings tab and then the Custom Branding tab on the Experience Dashboard.

Setting a Custom Color

To set a custom color, you can do one of the following:

  • Type-in or copy-and-paste your desired hex color code into the input field for a given user interface element.

  • Click into the input field for a given element and select a color using the color picker that opens.

Then, click the blue Save (checkmark) button to set the custom color.

Example Customized Elements

Sign-In Button

The Sign-In Button is the button that says Join on the Participant View. This button is displayed at the bottom of the initial sign-in form when participants join your experience.

Submit Answer Button

The Submit Answer Button is the button that says Submit Answer on the Participant View. This button is displayed at the bottom of multiple choice questions when the Show Submit Button setting is enabled on the Experience Dashboard → Settings → Interface settings.

Continue Button

The Continue Button is the button that says Continue Answering on the Participant View. This button is displayed when a returning participant tries to sign back into an experience after leaving. This button is displayed if the Allow Multiple Sign-Ins setting is enabled on the Experience Dashboard → Leads → Lead Capture Settings.

Create New Participant Button

The Create New Participant Button is the button that says Create New Player on the Participant View. Similar to the Continue Button, this button is displayed when a returning participant tries to sign back into an experience after leaving. This button is displayed if the Allow Multiple Sign-Ins setting is enabled on the Experience Dashboard → Leads → Lead Capture Settings.

Sending Answer Panel

The Sending Answer Panel is a pop-up that displays every time a player submits an answer to a question. Its background color can be customized.

Answer Received Panel

The Answer Received Panel is a pop-up that displays every time a player's answer to a question is successfully received by Crowdpurr. Its background color can be customized.
