Crowdpurr allows Convention Plan subscribers to upload various types of advertisements for embedded display within their Experiences.
Custom Ad Purposes
Embedded ads are an excellent way to promote event sponsors, brand partners, your own in-house promotions, and/or any type of promotion. If you have a sizable crowd, you can even resell this valuable real estate to generate revenue for your event, establishment, etc.
A few examples include:
Display a logo banner of all your event's sponsors
Display a logo/message of your session's sponsor at a conference
Display promotions for drink or food specials at your restaurant
Display product ads for products or services sponsoring your event
Crowdpurr custom ads can be images, text, and even animated GIFs.
Lower Ad Bar Format
The first ad type is the Lower Ad Bar format. This ad type displays full-time when participants access your Experience. It can feature text and images with a customizable solid background color. The ad banner can feature a small logo (or series of logos) and accompanying text.

The ad size for this ad format is 425px x 50px.
Uploading Your Own Lower Banner Ad
To upload a Lower Ad, go to the Experience Dashboard, then the green Settings tab, and locate the Custom Lower Banner Ad box at the bottom of the page.
Once you've found the Custom Lower Banner Ad box, locate the Upload Image button with a camera icon.

Choosing and Cropping an Uploaded Lower Banner Ad
Either drag an image or click on the upload area to choose an image. Uploaded images should ideally be a rectangle 425px x 50px JPEG, PNG, WEBP or GIF file less than 5MB. GIFs may be animated to upload a Lower Banner Ad for eye-catching content to display throughout your Experience.
After uploading, you may choose to crop the image. These images will be shown in a 1:8.5 rectangular aspect ratio. So the more rectangular your image is and/or the more rectangular you crop it, the more it will display accurately on every player's Participant View. Click the green button with a checkmark to save and upload your image after optionally cropping it.

Viewing Your Uploaded Lower Banner Ad on the Participant View
Your image will also be shown on every participant's mobile device on the Participant View throughout the entire Experience.

Removing a Lower Banner Ad
If you wish to adjust, change, or no longer use an uploaded Lower Banner Ad, simply remove it on the Experience Dashboard by clicking on the red Remove (trash) button with a trash icon next to the uploaded image in the Custom Lower Banner Ad area.

Once you've clicked on the Remove (trash) button, a red dialogue will prompt up to confirm if you'd like to proceed with the removal. Simply click the red Remove button to confirm you'd like to remove the uploaded Lower Banner Ad.
