My Experiences List

Learn the various features on the My Experiences page to help manage and keep your Crowdpurr experiences organized.

Written by Ross Newton

All of the experiences that you've created are displayed under the My Experiences list on app.crowdpurr.com. The list shows you the name of each experience you've created, its date of creation, the type of experience, the "Experience Code" to access the experience from a mobile device, and any experience folders you've created.

A red LIVE badge will appear next to each of your experiences if that experience is currently in the "LIVE" status and open for crowd participation. This is a quick and easy way to see which of your experiences are currently active. If an experience is not "LIVE", then it is not accessible by your crowd. You can adjust the status of an experience by navigating to its Experience Dashboard. To access the Experience Dashboard of an experience, simply click on the experience's name from the My Experiences list.

To return to your list of experiences, click on the My Experiences link in the left navigation column.

Renaming an Experience

To rename an experience, hover your mouse near the experience and click on the Edit button with a pencil icon. Next, rename the experience as desired, then click the green Save button to finalize this change. Please note that any updates to the title occur in real-time so updating these settings will also update across all connected players' Participant Views. Some users also use this as a way to update players in real time!

Moving an Experience

You can easily reorder your experiences on the My Experiences page. Simply drag and drop the handle on the left side of any experience to move it to a different number. This is great for moving your most important experiences to the top of your list and moving lower-priority experiences out of the way without having to delete them.
