How do I automatically mark assets from my own account as rights-approved?

After connecting your Instagram account, you can automatically mark new assets from that account as rights-approved in CrowdRiff. This helps streamline content review and reduces manual approvals.

Turn on automatic rights approval

Go to Settings > Your Accounts > Instagram tab.
Turn on Automatically approve rights on Posts and Stories from this account.

❗ Heads up

When this setting is enabled:

All new posts from your account are automatically marked as rights-approved.
This change is not retroactive. Existing posts remain unchanged and must be approved manually if needed.
