Ending your lease? Here’s everything you need to know to make the process smooth and stress-free:
📝 Termination notice
Make sure at least the first 12 months of your contract have passed.
We need at least one full month's notice, starting from the 1st of the month.

📦 Don’t forget to arrange cancellations with:
District heating
Water provider (Waternet)
Electricity supplier
Internet provider
🕵️ Pre-inspection
You can book a pre-inspection right after you receive the confirmation of your termination request, to be taken place around 2 weeks before the end date of the contract.
We’ll walk through the apartment and let you know if anything needs fixing.
🧽 Final inspection & handing over the keys
This happens just before your rental ends.
Make sure your apartment is returned in the same condition as when you moved in.
You are allowed to leave lighting and curtains
Pay special attention to cleaning kitchen appliances, toilet, and shower.
Any damage or unauthorized changes? Be sure to fix these before the final check.
🔑 We collect the keys immediately after the final inspection.
No more work can be done after that!
