It’s never a good time to lose power or water, luckily not every situation is urgent. That’s why we offer two options based on how serious it is:

⏱️ Emergency?

If it’s urgent and a safety issue Call 112,

⏱️ High Priority?

If we’re open and on site:
📍 Come to our office on the ground floor of the Salt building, unit 942.

🧘 Not an emergency?

No stress!
Just submit a repair request through the app and we’ll help you out as soon as we can.
