I’m dealing with a clog. How can this be fixed? 🚿🚽🪠

For clogs, contact RRS. If it’s shallow, you cover the cost. If it’s deep, the landlord will handle it.

Having drainage issues? Here’s what to do:

If you can’t fix the clog yourself, you can contact RRS (Riool Reinigings Service) at:

They’ll come by to check how deep the clog is.

💡 Who pays?

  • If the clog is up to 5 meters deep, the cost is for you as the resident

  • If it’s deeper than 5 meters, RRS will send you a €0.00 invoice and ask your landlord to follow up with them directly
