My ticket is closed, but the issue isn’t resolved. What now?

Tickets are closed automatically when we don’t receive a reply after two attempts to contact you. If you still need help, simply submit a new ticket in the To Be At App.

Why was my ticket closed?

Sometimes a ticket closes automatically when:

  • We’ve reached out twice and didn’t receive a response

  • The system marks the request as inactive
